Formation: Subject + form of be + past participle (3rd verb form).
Simple Present: is/are + 3rd – The car is repaired.

will-future: will be + 3rd – will be repaired

Word order: The object of the active sentence becomes the subject:
Shakespeare wrote Hamlet → Hamlet was written by Shakespeare.

somebody/someone/people.
