Walter is more than just a cute hamster – he is our English spirit animal. Read his story below and find out why he can help you stay calm whenever you feel "stuck".
Once upon a time, there was a very special hamster named Walter. Walter belonged to my sister. He was not a normal hamster; he was a hamster with a big heart and a very favourite house. His house was a cozy, round coconut shell.
Walter loved his coconut. He slept in it, he hid his snacks in it, and he felt safe there. But there was one little problem: Walter really loved snacks. He ate yummy seeds, crunchy vegetables, and sweet treats.
Day by day, Walter grew a little happier … and a little rounder.
One evening, Walter tried to go into his coconut house. He pushed his nose in. He pushed his fluffy shoulders in. But then … STOP! He was stuck! His tummy was too big, and his back legs were wiggling in the air outside the coconut. He looked like a furry little balloon.
My sister saw him and started to cry. She was so sad and worried that Walter was stuck forever! She cried so hard she couldn't do anything. But then, Grandma came into the room. Grandma smiled, stayed calm, and used her hands to gently push Walter all the way through the other side of the coconut! Pop! Walter was free.
Walter looked at Grandma, blinked his shiny eyes, and didn't feel sad at all. He just wiggled his whiskers as if to say: "Well, I guess I am just too full of happiness and snacks today!" From that day on, he was too big for the coconut, but he always kept it close to him.
Whenever you feel stressed, worried, or tired, just think of Walter. He is our English mascot and our "spirit animal". Here is why Walter is so special and why he can make you feel calm and happy:
Walter's Secret Message to You:
"You are doing great! Don't worry if you get 'stuck' on a hard problem today. Just take a break, smile, and ask for help. I believe in you!"
